Vanilla strawberry and kiwi jam

Wash the strawberries well and remove the ends.

Wash, peel, and cut the kiwis into thin slices.

Pour in the water, split vanilla pod, and sugar into a saucepan, stir the mixture over heat until it comes to a boil and let it thicken fully.

Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves.

Let it thicken fully at a rolling boil.

Add the strawberries first to the syrup and cook on high heat for about 15 minutes, then add the kiwis and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

Strain the jam using a skimmer and remove the white foam that forms on the surface.

Divide it into jars, placing half a vanilla pod in each jar, let it cool, and cover them.
