    Soak the peaches in boiling water, peel them along with the mangoes, remove the pits from these fruits and cut them into pieces.

    Mix in a basin the sugar with the water and the juice of half a lemon, add the vanilla pod, reduce on low heat for a few minutes, then pour in the fruits and cook for 15 minutes on high heat while stirring, strain them.

    Divide the fruits into jars and continue cooking the syrup for another 15 minutes.

    Remove the vanilla pod from the heat, add the muscat, and pour the syrup over the fruits, let it cool down.

    Serve the jam very fresh.
