    Peel the melons, cut them in half, remove the seeds and dice the flesh into small cubes.

    Remove the skin from the pineapple, remove its pits and slice the flesh into rounds.

    In a mixing bowl, place the diced melon and pineapple slices, add the lemon juice, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes until the fruits are soft, then stir in the sugar.

    Continue cooking for about 45 minutes until the fruits dissolve, let cool.

    Pour the jam into jars and serve chilled.
