Wash the blackcurrants.

Put them in a saucepan with 1/2 cup of water, and heat the mixture for a few minutes to burst the berries.

Strain the juice obtained.

Add the sugar.

Blanch the peaches to peel them more easily.

Cut them in half.

Remove the pits.

Boil these halves of peach in blackcurrant syrup for 4 to 5 minutes.

Note: if fresh blackcurrants cannot be obtained, proceed as follows: dissolve 250 grams of jelly in a cup of water.
