In the depression of the flour, add the various ingredients.

Knead well to obtain a soft and fluffy dough.

Make a sheet about 1cm thick that you will cut into squares, diamonds or rounds (using a glass, for example).

Fry in moderately hot oil, then drain and dust with sugar and cinnamon or icing sugar.

These doughnuts can be eaten warm or cold and can be served with compote fruit.
