Pour the sifted flour into a large mixing bowl, make a well in the center to form a fountain, add the baking yeast, bread yeast, eggs, salt, and powdered milk.

Mix all the ingredients, gradually adding warm water with your hands while working the dough, avoid forming lumps, mix thoroughly until you get a smooth and light dough, knead it.

Place this dough in a plastic container, close it, and let it rise for about two hours to double in volume.

Preheat a clay skillet, wipe it with a cloth dipped in egg yolk, pour a ladle of the dough and cook over high heat until holes appear on the surface, cook on one side only.

Continue the operation until all the dough is used up.

Arrange the baghrir on a plate and spread them while still hot with butter and melted honey.
