Mix in a bowl the butter cut into cubes, the flour, the sugar, the almond powder, and the cinnamon.

Work this mixture with your fingertips until you obtain a crumbly pastry with the consistency of coarse semolina.

Rinse and peel the pears, cut them into small cubes, and mix them with the black currants.

Pour this mixture into a buttered baking dish, distribute the pastry over it, and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
