Fruitcake with Cream Cheese Frosting

To prepare the crust, mix the flour with the salt and add the butter, work well with a fork until you get a homogeneous dough, then incorporate cold water and mix to obtain a firm dough.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper, fill it with the dough, bake and cook for about 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown, let cool.

In a saucepan, mix the sugar with the cornstarch, strawberry jam, water, and lemon juice, bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes while stirring.

Let cool.

Nap the bottom of the crust with half of this preparation, place the strawberries on top, add the rest of the preparation, refrigerate.

Serve very fresh.
