Peel the green part of the leeks, slice the white part into thin rounds and rinse them abundantly under water.

Blanch the leeks for 2 to 3 minutes in boiling water.

Put the olive oil in a pan, once it is hot, add the drained leeks.

Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking!

When the leeks are soft, add the cod roe mixture to the pan, cook for 1 minute while stirring until it melts.

Transfer this preparation into a gratin dish, cover with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
