Melt the butter.

Sift the flour.

Split the vanilla pods and scrape out the seeds.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla until boiling.

Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Remove the pods.

Whisk the yolks with the sugar.

Add the warm butter, continuing to whisk without stopping.

Pour in the flour in a fine stream (always keeping up the whisking).

Gradually add the milk and water by small quantities.

Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks with a pinch of salt.

Gently fold them into the previous mixture.

Place the blueberries at the bottom of the pan.

Cover with dough.

Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 150°C without fan.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before unmolding.

Tip: For better holding during baking, use frozen blueberries.
