In a double boiler, beat the whole eggs with the sugar until you obtain a richly foamy and fairly firm mousse.

Add the flour in a fine stream followed by 50 g of melted butter, a pinch of salt, and 5 cl of coffee. Mix everything together and pour it into a greased and floured mold.

Bake at low oven heat for about 40 minutes.

Remove from the mold and let cool.

Mix the remaining butter reduced to cream with powdered sugar adding 5 cl of coffee, then finely chopped nuts.

Cut the cake in half, spread the cream on one half, then reassemble the cake.

Melt 150 g of fondant and flavor it with the rest of the coffee.

Spread over the top of the cake.

Melt the remaining fondant with chocolate and spread around the sides of the cake all around.

Decorate with whole almonds.
