Crumble the cookie biscuits in your hands.

Add the powdered sugar, then the softened butter until it has the consistency of a paste.

Mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough, add four egg yolks, then gradually, without stopping, pour boiling coffee.

Line a cake mold with a buttered parchment paper and pour in the dough.

Refrigerate until the next day.

At this point, the dough will have hardened.

Shape it to give it the shape of a log.

Melt the chocolate, cut into small pieces, in the milk.

Work the mixture on low heat until it is smooth.
