    Prepare a vanilla pastry cream.

    Add in the last few minutes of cooking the dessert chocolate. Wash and de-seed the strawberries, blend them and mix with the pastry cream.

    Beat the eggs until they form peaks by adding two pinches of salt.

  4. 4

    Fold the whipped whites into the pastry mixture very gently.

  5. 5

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Butter a mold of about 20 cm and dust it with sugar.

    Gently pour the preparation into the mold.

  7. 7

    Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C then 20 minutes at 180°C.
