Crab and Asparagus Soup
Crab and asparagus soup, a refreshing spring starter!

Remove the stringy part of the asparagus.

Cut off the tips and reserve them.

Slice the remaining asparagus into rounds.

Pour the milk and 1/4 liter of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Pierce the asparagus tips into the saucepan.

Cook for 5 minutes.

Next, plunge the asparagus rounds into the saucepan and add 3 twists of nutmeg along with some pepper.

Cook for 15 minutes.

Blend the preparation.

Pour the blended preparation into the saucepan, straining it through a china cap, dissolve the cornstarch in 1 tablespoon of water, and add to the preparation.
