    Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

    Cut the cucumber into half moons and then into quarter moons.

    Slice the orange in half, separate the segments, and place them in a shallow bowl or dish.

    Chop the mint leaves into small pieces and add them to the orange segments.

    Add some lemon juice, then add the cucumber quarters and salad (if desired) to the bowl; finish with a drizzle of olive oil.

    Refrigerate for fifteen minutes.
