    Peel and remove the seeds from the tomatoes, chop them into pieces.

    Peel the cucumber and chop it into pieces.

    Place the seaweed and salt in a large pot of water, add the lemon juice and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.

    Drain the seaweed and chop it into pieces.

    In a bowl, combine the vinegar, harissa, olive oil, chopped garlic, season to taste and mix well.

    In a dish, place the tomatoes, cucumber and seaweed, add the sauce and mix.

    Serve cold.
