Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the financier molds (or use Madeleine molds if unavailable).

Mix in a bowl the almond flour, sugar, flour, and vanilla.

Whip the whites until firm peaks form with a pinch of salt.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add it to the previous mixture.

Pour the batter into the molds and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and unmold immediately.
