Fruit of the Day Berries Charlotte Without Gelatin

Cook for about 10 minutes.

Wash the strawberries.

Dry them with a towel.

Remove the stems and separate them into two piles.

Cut the strawberries from the first pile into quarters.

Blend the rest.

Whip the cream and sugar.

When the mixture is frothy, add the mascarpone.

Add the blended strawberries and those cut up.

Mix well.

Dip the biscuits in the syrup and use them to line the sides of theCharlotte mold.

Pour a layer of cream.
