Grill the bell peppers in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes (Th. 6 / 180°C).

Once the skin is charred, let the bell peppers sit in a closed container with a lid for 10 minutes: their skin will be easier to remove.

Remove the seeds and cut the bell peppers into thin slices.

Place them in a dish with lemon juice and olive oil.

Let them marinate for several hours (the ideal is overnight for the next day).

Before serving, drain the bell peppers, then arrange them on a plate, season, and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.

Serve the grilled stuffed peppers with toasted slices of bread.
