    Melt the chocolate cut into large pieces in a saucepan.

    Add 2 tablespoons of water and place the saucepan on very low heat.

    As soon as the chocolate is softened, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir the chocolate with a spatula until it becomes smooth.

    Dip the mint-flavored bites into the chocolate so that they are coated only halfway.

    Place them on a rack to dry.

    You can keep these bites for about eight days in an airtight container.
