Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (or in the microwave), with half of the cream.

Once the chocolate is completely melted, add the remaining cream.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and add the yolks to the chocolate along with the powdered sugar.

Beat the egg whites into stiff peaks, with a pinch of salt, and gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.

Then add the chocolate chips, and refrigerate.
