This raspberry tiramisu will quickly make you forget the traditional recipe!

Break up the meringue, set it aside.

Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and mascarpone cream, add the mint continuously while whipping.

Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks, gently fold them into the previous mixture.

Place in glasses a layer of raspberries, a layer of mascarpone cream, a layer of meringue.

Repeat the operation and finish with a layer of raspberries.

Cover the tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
