    Break and beat the eggs in a bowl with the powdered sugar.

    Melt the butter in the microwave, then add it to the mixture.

    Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

    Mix again.

    Divide the dough into two parts and place one third in another bowl.

    Add cocoa powder and mix.

    In the other bowl, add vanilla extract, then mix as well.

    Butter two cake pans and fill each with one of the preparations.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

    Remove from the mold and let cool.

    Then cut each cake into two rectangles;

    You will get four rectangles.

    Assemble the Napolitain: place a vanilla cake, a layer of spread, the two chocolate cakes one on top of the other, another layer of spread and a vanilla cake.

    Prepare the icing: beat egg whites with icing sugar.

    Drizzle the Napolitain and sprinkle with chocolate wafers.
