    Cover two baking sheets with parchment paper and keep them in the refrigerator.

    Melt the chocolate over low heat in a saucepan without exceeding 50°C. Check the temperature with a kitchen thermometer.

    Cook for 4 minutes then return to the heat.

    The temperature should not exceed 30°C.

    Once the chocolate has tempered, remove the trays from the refrigerator and shape small mounds using a spoon.

    Smooth the chocolate well.

    Decorate each small mound with dried fruits and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

    Note: You can also make this recipe with milk chocolate or white chocolate.
