Poisson salad with celery and carrots
Crunch on seasonal vegetables with our apple, leek, and carrot salad.

Boil water (with a pinch of salt) in a pot.

Wash the leeks, remove the green part and cut them into thin slices.

As soon as the water begins to boil, immediately add the leeks to the pot, then when it boils again, add the grated carrots 'coarse'.

Stop cooking immediately.

Wait 2 minutes and drain the vegetables.

Let cool completely.

Grate the raw apples 'coarse', sprinkle them with lemon juice, and mix with the rest of the cooled preparation.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Prepare the mayonnaise and mix it with the salad just before serving.

Decorate with olives on top without mixing them into the salad.
