    Season with dill, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to grill mode.

    Place the trout fillets on the baking sheet and grill for about 8 minutes.

    Dress the plates: place one fillet of trout in each and spoon some yogurt sauce over it.
