In a mixing bowl, place the pepper, chopped garlic, paprika, cumin, olive oil, and juice of a lemon.

Season with salt and pepper if needed and set aside.

Preparation of the dish:

Score the top of the fish with a knife and stuff it with a quarter of the chermoula.

Baste the fish with another quarter of the sauce and refrigerate the fish for 30 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.

Prepare the green beans: blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute, drain them, and rinse under cold water.

In a baking dish, place the sliced potatoes, chopped shallots, tomatoes, olives, and green beans.

Add the fish next.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200Β°C for 45 minutes.

Just before serving, baste the dish with the remaining chermoula.
