Broccoli Lasagnes
A vegetarian lasagna recipe with broccoli and goat cheese!

Cook the broccoli cut into small bunches (and small slices for the stem) with the sliced carrots, cumin, chopped coriander, and a third of a glass of water for 5 minutes.

lightly grease the bottom of the lasagna dish.

Place a first layer of lasagna, spread a spoonful of fresh cream, then a layer of drained carrot-broccoli mix, some crumbled goat cheese, and a sprinkle of parmesan.

Continue in the same order, finishing with a layer of lasagna, a little fresh cream, and grated parmesan.

Finish by adding a few slices of goat cheese.

Bake in the oven for 50 minutes, adding a bit of water (a third of a glass) inside the dish halfway through cooking.
