    In a saucepan, heat up 60 cl of water then add the 300 gr of bulgur and let it swell on low heat for 5 minutes. Preheat your oven to 180°C to grill your peppers for 5 to 10 minutes, then remove them when the skin starts peeling off. Slice the peppers and place them in a bowl of olive oil.

    Boil your fava beans in boiling water for 5 min, then peel them, and dice the sun-dried tomatoes into large cubes. Mix the bulgur, fava beans, tomatoes, and marinated peppers in a salad bowl, adding chopped parsley, 4 tablespoons of sherry vinegar, and olive oil. Place in the fridge and serve cold.
