    Drizzle the bread crumbs with olive oil and vinegar and mix them with the tomatoes, onions, and mayonnaise.

    Gradually pour in the broth until you reach a creamy consistency.

    Season with salt and pepper, refrigerate for about 4 hours.

    Top the gazpacho with basil, chives, and seeded and chopped chili pepper.
