Soak the sliced porcini mushrooms in about 1/2 l of warm water for approximately 20 minutes.

Remove the wilted leaves from the cabbage and cut it into long, thin pieces;

Wash them and dry them.

Drain the mushrooms and sauté them in a pan. Add the cabbage, pour in the strained porcini soaking water, and simmer covered for 20 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cream and reduce to obtain a rich sauce.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
