    Cook the rice in water and let it cool down.

    Beat the eggs to make an omelette and cut it into strips then dice.

    Chop the garlic, finely slice the onion, and peel the carrot.

    Cut it into small cubes.

    In a wok, pour in the oil and fry the diced carrots and bacon.

    Add the chopped garlic and green onions.

    Cook for about 4 minutes.

    Add the rice and soy sauce.

    Mix well.

    Add the peas and cook everything for another 3 minutes.
