Tartletrousses
Here's an original recipe, tartiflette on a waffle: we love it!

Preparation of waffles Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Mix the yolks with the flour, milk, sugar, and melted butter.

Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the previous mixture.

Cook in a waffle iron.

Recipe Preparation Sauté the onion and bacon bits in a pan.

While the bacon and onion are cooking, slice the reblochon cheese into thin or slightly thicker slices.

Add the heavy cream, mix well, then remove from heat.

Place a layer of the bacon/onion/cream mixture on your waffles, and optionally add one or two slices of pre-cooked potato.

Top with a slice of reblochon cheese.

Broil in the oven for 5 minutes if possible.
