      Mash the boiled potatoes into a purée.

      Cut the cheese into small pieces.

  3. 3

      Form small balls with the cheese pieces.

      Place a spoonful of purée in the palm of your hand.

      Make a hole in the purée and put a ball of cheese inside.

  6. 6

      Put another spoonful of purée on top and close it up.

  7. 7

      Roll between both palms to form a ball.

  8. 8

      Continue with the rest of the purée and cheese.

      Prepare 3 plates: 1 with flour, 1 with eggs, salt, and pepper, and another one with breadcrumbs.

      Roll each ball in the 3 plates and fry them at 180 °C in the deep fryer for 3 minutes.
