      Add the dried tomatoes (without oil) and pitted black olives into your blender and blend the ingredients.

      Pour in the tomato oil and blend again.

    The spread consistency should suit your taste so repeat the process until you are satisfied with the texture.

      Season and blend once more.

    Place the spread in the fridge until serving time.

    Serve with toasted bread slices (optionally rubbed with garlic) or crudités.
