    Preheat your oven to 180°c. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.

    Pour a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the tomatoes for 5 minutes.

    Cut the mozzarella into cubes.

    In a mixing bowl, crack and beat the eggs with the tablespoon of olive oil and milk.

    Gradually add the flour and mix, then add the parmesan and yeast.

    Finally, add the tomatoes, mozzarella, and pesto to the mixture.

    Pour the preparation into individual and greased muffin tins.

    Bake for about twenty minutes, keeping an eye on the cooking process.

    Let cool before unmolding.
