Break the dark chocolate into pieces, pour a tablespoon of milk into a saucepan and melt the chocolate by stirring until you get a homogeneous paste. Continue to mix while incorporating the equivalent of 100 gr of butter in chunks, then 2 egg yolks, then 5 cl of liquid cream. Gradually add 110 gr of powdered sugar while whisking, then place the mixture into a bowl and chill it for 2 hours. Once the mixture is chilled, take a tablespoon and form small chocolate balls. In a bowl, pour cocoa powder and coat your chocolate balls in it. Place your truffles in the fridge until ready to serve.
