Coconut and chocolate cake
Prepare an original cake with chocolate and coconut!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Beat the egg whites into peaks, gradually adding the sugar until the mixture is very firm.

Add the ingredients in order, gently folding them with a fork: sifted flour, cooled melted butter, yogurt that you have whisked beforehand, coconut, and chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into a non-stick mold or a greased mold, or into individual molds.

Bake for about 25 minutes (the baking time may vary from oven to oven, between 20 and 30 minutes).

Check by poking the center of the cake with a sharp knife.

Remove from the mold, drizzle some chocolate over the batter, then sprinkle with shredded coconut.
