    Cut the beet into fries 1 cm on each side.

    Heat 15 cl of olive oil in a sauté pan. Pour in the beets into the hot oil, and cook for 15 minutes, turning them regularly with a spatula.

    Remove the fries from the sauté pan with the spatula, and deglaze with the cream and curry.

  4. 4

    Pour this sauce over the beet fries.
