Beat the egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of warm water.

Gradually add 80 g of sugar + vanilla sugar.

Beat the mixture until you obtain a thick mass.

Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks with 20 g of sugar, then place them on the previous mixture.

Sift the flour and cornstarch, add the baking powder and lemon extract, and incorporate everything.

Grease your mold (lamb shape).

Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 175°C. Let it cool before unmolding.
