Chocolate Charlotte
A delight this chocolate mousse and cream charlotte!

Heat 2 cups of milk and the cocoa powder, let it cool down.

Beat the egg yolks and 150g of powdered sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture whitens and becomes frothy, gradually add the milk while continuously stirring.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan, cook over low heat, constantly stirring with a wooden spoon, add the cornstarch, stir until you obtain a cream, let it cool down.

Line the bottom and sides of a buttered Charlotte mold with spoon cookies, fill the inside with a layer of mousse and a layer of cookies, finish with a layer of cookies, put it in the refrigerator.

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan, add a tablespoon of sugar and a cup of milk, incorporate the flour, stir until you obtain a smooth cream.

unmold the Charlotte onto a serving dish and cover the top with the chocolate cream so that the cream flows over the edges.

Let it cool in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
