    Wash, peel, and remove the seeds from the watermelon.

    Cut it into pieces and blend with orange juice.

    Reserve in the freezer for 4 hours, stirring occasionally with a fork.

    Beat the whites in a saucepan.

    Add the sugar.

    Whip with an electric mixer over a water bath at a temperature of 50° to 55° C. Remove from heat.

    Continue beating until completely cooled.

    Gently fold in the watermelon and orange juice mixture.

    Reserve in the freezer for 4 hours.
