Make a crepe batter by mixing the flour, a pinch of salt, and the egg.

Add the milk first, then the oil, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Cut the leek into very thin slices and crumble the cheese.

Cook 4 crepes in a 20 cm diameter pan.

Put a quarter of the leek, a quarter of the goat cheese, and a tablespoon of honey in each crepe.

Close with a thread to form a heart shape.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 175°C.

Blanch the chive sprigs quickly during this time to soften them.
