An Italian cake with tomatoes and mozzarella to accompany your salads.

Peel and remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes that you will add to a pan with half of the oil, salt, and pepper

Dry the tomatoes and let them cool down

Cut the mozzarella into pieces and mix it with the tomatoes and chopped basil

Meanwhile, beat the eggs, flour, and yeast, then gently incorporate the slightly warmed oil and milk (but this is not mandatory!)

Add the cheese and mix everything together

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan (or several small molds), line with baking paper, then slide into a preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes at Th. 6 (180°C).
