Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices.

Arrange them in a gratin dish.

Mix the cream and milk lightly with a fork.

Add the whole egg that has been beaten.

Cover the potatoes with the previous mixture.

Bake in the medium oven for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
