    Strip the rosemary leaves.

    Crush and chop the garlic clove.

    Place some rosemary leaves and a bit of garlic on the quails.

    Roll up the quails, with skin side outwards.

    Place them in a baking dish.

    Brush with olive oil.

    Bake for 30 minutes.
