    Cut the meat into pieces.

    Mix everything, add the rosemary, laurel leaves, and thyme.

    Pour in the red wine, season with salt and pepper, then let it marinate for 6 to 12 hours.

    Cut the cepes into small pieces

    Remove the meat and vegetables, keeping the marinade.

    Sauté the meat on all sides and add the marinade.
