    After washing your vegetables, slice the bell peppers and cut the broccoli florets.

    Soften the rice noodles in a pan of lukewarm water.

    Once the wok is hot, pour a drizzle of sunflower oil then add the peeled shrimp and sliced vegetables, cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add the crushed garlic, chopped bird's eye chili, four tablespoons of soy sauce, then the rice noodles and mix everything together for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Season with salt and serve hot or warm.
