    Cut 4 palm heart cores into slices and halve the tomato. In a bowl, mix the potato pieces, tomato, palm heart, green peas, soy sprouts, and mayonnaise sauce.

    Serve on individual plates, placing a layer of rice vermicelli at the bottom, followed by the other ingredients.
