Freshness verrines with cream cheese, salmon, avocado
A touch of freshness with these crème fraîche, avocado, salmon verrines!

Divide the 3 tablespoons of shredded surimi evenly among your four glasses.

Peel the avocado and puree it with half the juice from the green lime.

Divide it equally between the 4 glasses as before.

Blend the 2 fresh squares with fresh dill and heavy cream; season.

Continue dividing in the same manner into the 4 glasses.

Slice your two slices of smoked salmon very thinly and arrange them in the glasses to form a circle or spiral.

Place 3 or 4 pieces of smoked salmon in the center, along with small sprigs of dill.

Drizzle with a few drops of green lime juice and refrigerate.
